The refund process differs between the Apple Store and the Google Play Store.
If an item/package was purchased via the Google Play store, please send us a ticket about the issue. We can then look into the matter and initiate the refund process from our side.
If the item/package was however purchased via the Apple store, the process is a little different - in that case we cannot initiate the refund ourselves and it has to be completed via the apple store support.
To initiate a refund for a purchase made via the apple store, please complete the following steps:
- On your apple device, please open "Settings"
- Click on your Apple ID
- Continue to Purchase History
- Click the purchase you'd like refunded
- Click on the button "Report a Problem" (redirects you then to Apple Report Problem Website)
- Select Request Refund in the drop down
From that point, Apple support will get back to you about the refund status.
